Who We Are Synergy Hospice Hospice Care

Synergy Hospice was founded by a group of nurses and nurse practitioners who understood that people living with serious illnesses needed substantial and sustained care. While end-of-life care does not prolong life, we believe that patients can have a comfortable quality of life and time with their friends and families during their loved one's final days. We make memories that will last forever and remain in one’s heart.

We ensure that patients and families are not alone and that we are here in this very critical journey of their lives. Also, when comfort care services are sought early, we know that patients are better able to live their lives to the fullest. As experienced professionals, we fully understand and recognize patients and their family’s physical, social, and spiritual needs. This is to ensure a person’s dignity and quality of life are maintained until the time of their passing.

Synergy Hospice aims to support individuals with terminal illnesses who no longer benefit from curative treatment. As such, these individuals can be in hospice for up to six months or even longer, depending on individual circumstances. To receive the greatest benefit, we ensure that each patient should spend at least time with family, friends, and pets while remaining comfortable.
